Racial Discrimination, Western Traditions and Islam
The majority of people consider their nation, race, religion and ideology superior to others

Racial and national discrimination is found in various forms in people all over the world, especially in a society where there is a lack of education or a leader incites his nation to racist attitudes, there is more prejudice.

The majority of people consider their nation, race, religion and ideology to be superior to others, but the situation worsens when those who consider themselves superior think less of others and start torturing them mentally and physically. These attitudes lead to hatred, strife and bloodshed.

If we think about it today and take the opinion of all the great intellectuals, it becomes clear that in the present age, this prejudice is very much in the United States, the world's largest contractors and self-proclaimed human rights activists.

George Floyd succumbed to his injuries in 2020. George Floyd was strangled to death by Drake Shawn for eight minutes and forty-six seconds. He kept saying that he could not breathe. I'm suffocating.

But racial prejudice was so prevalent in this white man that he was unwilling to listen to a single word of this black man. He was handed over to the police. Thirteen percent of black Americans in the United States did not tolerate this oppression and took to the streets, there were demonstrations in every major city in the United States, normal life was disrupted. Protesters gathered near the White House and former US President Donald Trump had to hide in a barracks with children for two and a half hours. On Donald Trump's inverted statement, a police officer told him, "If you can't say anything good, keep your mouth shut."

This is not the first time the racism has been perpetrated in the United States, but there have always been racially motivated violations of human rights, whether it was the Tulsa riots of 1921 or the Chicago riots of 1919, dated 1443. Whether it's the Wright riots or the New York violence of 1963, racism has been at the root of it all.

Racial prejudice is so rampant in the United States that those who oppose it have been ostracized. One hundred years after the abolition of slavery in the United States, on August 28, 1963, Martin Luther King, Jr. raised his voice against racism, and two and a half million people flocked to Washington, D.C. to listen to his speech, "I Have a Dream." Martin Luther was assassinated in 1968.

Former President Barack Obama did not belong to the white race, his administration hoped that things would change and racial prejudice would come to an end during his tenure, but he could not overcome it. He writes in his own book that when I went out to exercise near the White House in the morning, whites would cover their arms and faces when they saw me, and moreover Eric Garner, who worked against racism in his administration. He was killed just like George Floyd, and his last words were, "I can't breathe."

Even non-Muslim scholars and intellectuals have repeatedly openly acknowledged that Islam is a complete code of conduct. Racial discrimination and prejudice are strictly forbidden in Islam. The Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) speech on the occasion of the Farewell Hajj contains advice, will and guidance that no Arab is superior to a non-Arab, a non-Arab is superior to an Arabic, a red is superior to a black and no black is superior to a red. ۔ The best is the one who fears Allah, the division of the high and the low on the basis of race and caste is against humanity. It's just a source of introduction to the family and the tribe, and nothing more. Of course, fear of Allah, piety, fear of Allah and fear of Allah is the "master key", the king is the key, without it racial prejudice and pride cannot be eradicated.

Islam abolished racial prejudice. It was the pure teachings of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that Bilal was a resident of Abyssinia, his complexion was black and he was living the life of a slave. The leader of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was called the Companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the muezzin of the Prophet's Mosque. After embracing Islam, he first became the ruler and then the conqueror of Europe.

Today, if all the countries that are aware of human rights think about their states, then along with racial prejudice, religious prejudice is also found in these countries. That Muslims in Myanmar, Palestine, Kashmir, Iraq, Afghanistan and other regions continue to suffer religious discrimination. Of the 4 million Muslims killed in the US-led "War on Terrorism" since 2001, 82 to 97% were victims, according to the US-based National Counterterrorism Center. There are ordinary citizens, which proves that such victims are only victims of religious discrimination.

Muslims in Myanmar have been deprived of their basic right to life solely on the basis of religion. Not only are they subjected to all sorts of atrocities, but thousands of innocent Muslims have been killed. The situation of atrocities against Muslims in Palestine is no different. Occupying Israel has begun the process of evicting Palestinians from their settlements, and a new history of persecution of innocent Palestinians is being written by Israel.

In Kashmir, too, Indian forces have killed thousands of innocent Muslims just to demand independence, and rape of women and arrests of youth continue. The worst form of religious discrimination is seen in India, the world's largest democracy, where life expectancy for Muslims has been cut short on the basis of religion alone, and India's population of about 300 million Muslims is insecure.

Muslims are not allowed to live according to their religious customs. Muslims face a violent situation over beef. Racial discrimination in our neighboring India has also gripped India badly. In India, people are divided into four classes according to caste, Brahman, Kasturi, Vaish and Shudra, each of which has a different status. In India, 35 to 400 million people belonging to small castes still face racial discrimination in modern times. Such people do not have the right to live as they wish in India and they are deprived of their basic place in society.

The only way to get rid of this racial hatred, religious bigotry and violent nationalism around the world is to promote a sense of humanity and brotherhood. The lives and dignity of millions of people around the world can be saved by preventing racist attitudes by following the divine Qur'anic and Islamic teachings.
