Israel is martyring oppressed Palestinians for Jewish settlement. |
Israel has once again attacked Gaza. The war, which began in the last days of Ramadan, is still raging. How did this war start? Did the Palestinians sell their land in the past? Below are answers to many other questions, including Israel's Iron Dome.
First of all, the question or an absurd question, did the
Palestinians sell land to Israel? It is not. In short, Britain first provided
land to Jews, but also to Zionists, for the establishment of the state of
Israel. It is worth noting that before 1920, there were less than 6,000 Jews
living in the area. More than 22,000 Palestinians were killed in 20 years for
the occupation of these lands, and even the Jews who were against these
occupations were killed, and thus the state of Israel was re-established with
the help of Britain and the United States.
This was also a major reason for the demise of the Ottoman Empire.
After seizing several acres of land from the Palestinians on various grounds,
confiscating it by state repression, martyring the local population, the
Zionists were then given pennies, and later the Israeli Jews bullied the
surrounding lands at gunpoint. Start the occupation while doing.
This process continues today. Even today, in the name of Jewish
settlement, lands are seized, buildings are demolished, and ghettos are built
with new buildings.
The same thing was happening in Ramadan this year. Israel now
intends to establish ghettos in the area of Sheikh al-Jarrah. The area was
relatively prosperous and quiet. Part of Sheikh al-Jarrah's population is made
up of Palestinians evicted from the Talbiyah area in 1948. Members of the
families living here also live abroad, especially in the United States, the
Gulf and other prosperous countries.
In 1972, Israel transferred ownership of the land to a Jewish
organization called Al-Safrim. It was said that the Palestinians living here
came here as refugees and did not have any property documents. You see the
level of Israeli bullying that Palestinian documents are not recognized by
Israeli courts. Al-Safraim and the Israeli government went to the Supreme Court
over the issue. The Supreme Court issued orders to vacate Sheikh Al-Jarrah
after a long delay. The Israeli government had told the
Supreme Court in a sealed envelope that evacuating the area could lead to war.
The Supreme Court did not accept this and insisted on evacuating these areas.
When the operation was launched here, the news spread like wildfire and
protests started all over the world. This news was discussed on social media,
mainstream media.
Satini Bab goes to Al-Aqsa Mosque from Damascus. On May 10, the
Zionists celebrated the anniversary of the 1967 occupation of Jerusalem,
"Jerusalem Day." Due to Ramadan, Muslims have asked Jews to observe
this day after Ramadan so that Taraweeh can be performed without interruption.
But perhaps the Zionists had decided on a confrontation and the way was being
paved for it. The scene that evening was that on the one hand the Zionists were
gathering on the weeping wall and on the other hand the Muslims were also
engaged in performing Taraweeh in Jerusalem. The Zionists, under full planning,
started making noise instead of worshiping in the weeping wall. When the
Muslims forbade him, the bitter rhetoric later turned into a scuffle. The Israeli army and police entered the compound of Al-Aqsa Mosque
and fired grenades and bullets. Only Muslims were arrested during the
operation, and the Israeli army banned Taraweeh prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque.
In response, a large number of Muslims returned to Al-Aqsa Mosque
the next day, and hundreds of Muslims were wounded and arrested in the Israeli
operation. The Israeli army sealed off the entire compound and deployed troops
there. On this occasion, Hamas came to the fore. He gave an hour-long ultimatum
to Israel and made three demands. One is that the Israeli army should be
evacuated from the compound of Al-Aqsa Mosque before 6 pm. Second, the arrested
Muslims should be released immediately and third, the ongoing operation in
Sheikh Al-Jarrah should be stopped immediately. Hamas also said the situation
could worsen if the demands were not met.
Israel did not accede to the legitimate demands of Hamas and, on
the contrary, intensified its operation in Sheikh al-Jarrah, using brutal
force. Now Hamas also had no choice but to respond with bricks and stones. So
after 6 pm, Hamas fired more than 100 rockets at Israel from different parts of
Gaza. 70% of these rockets were destroyed in the air by the Israeli air defense
system Iron Dome. But the 30 percent of rockets that landed in Israel caused
confusion and tremors in Israel. Israel is acknowledging the deaths of 10
people in the attack, while the number is thought to be higher.
After Sheikh Al-Jarrah, Israel also attacked Gaza, in which about
300 Palestinians have been martyred so far, the infrastructure has been
destroyed, the number of wounded has exceeded two thousand. Hamas targets
Israeli installations, while Israel attacks civilians. One thing is certain,
however, is the failure of the Iron Dome.
What is the
Iron Dome?
This is a self air defense system.
Self-air defense systems are in place in six countries around the world,
including the United States, China, Russia, France, Israel and India. The Iron
Dome is divided into 3 parts. The first part is called the RDU (Radar Detection
Unit). It gives timely warning of any moving object, ie missile or rocket,
several kilometers before it enters Israeli territory. The second part is the BMC,
which immediately detects the impending danger and generates signals and
activates other units, and the third part is the MFU, the Missile Firing Unit,
which acts on the signals immediately after receiving them. It fires missiles,
which destroy incoming rockets or missiles into the air outside Israel's
borders.
The missiles used in the Iron Dome are
special, including automatic systems that include heat, speed, diversion, and
so on. One such rocket costs between 40,000 and 60,000,000, while the Iron Dome
costs between 50 million and 50 million. The state-of-the-art Iron Dome is currently
being handed over to the Israeli army after various experiments in 2021, and 12
such systems have been installed in various parts of Israel.
Hamas, on the other hand, has homemade
rockets, which are made from cast iron or iron pipes using decades-old techniques
in local workshops. These rockets can cost from 50 50 to 3 300. When Hamas
initially launched rocket attacks, its range was one kilometer, which has now
improved to 250 kilometers, but Hamas reportedly now has medium and long-range
rockets. This time, Hamas fired hundreds of rockets from different directions,
causing the Iron Dome to float by about 30 percent.
"If I had said 10 years ago today
that Hamas rockets would hit Tel Aviv, you would have laughed at me," said
a spokesman for the Israeli military. But today, Hamas rockets are hitting Tel
Aviv. Hamas did not even have the idea of rockets until ten years ago, but
now it has rockets that can hit from one kilometer to 250 kilometers. The news
is that Hamas has guided missiles. In this regard, Hamas has made it clear that
if the series of attacks continues, it will target Israel's nuclear reactors
with this guided missile. The Iron Dome of Israel does not have a break of this
guided missile.
An American system has been installed for
this purpose, but the accuracy of this system is not so special. In the ongoing
war, Hamas targeted a nearby airport, after which another airport was activated
250 km away. Hamas has also targeted the airport. So it is clear that Hamas has
smashed the Iron Dome with homemade rockets, so it is understandable what kind
of catastrophe Israel would face if a guided missile was fired. Israel also
understands this threat.
There is also an internal crisis in
Israel at the moment. Incumbent Prime Minister Netanyahu has been accused of
corruption, and the opposition wants to remove him. Tourists are fleeing Israel
fast. Israel has imposed a curfew in an area of 60 km along Gaza and
thousands of people living in that 60 km are rapidly fleeing to the interior of
Israel. The reason for the curfew is that Israel is at risk of ground action by
Hamas.
Israel spends heavily on defending an
illegally established country. Therefore, the Israeli economy cannot withstand
a long war. Palestinians have been testifying for seventy years, and the fear
of death is gone. But there is a fear of death in Israel. Ordinary Israelis are
terrified of Hamas rocket attacks. This fear is creating frustration in him and
according to reports he now wants peace from Palestine at all costs instead of
war. That is why the Israeli defense is now sharply criticized in the Israeli
parliament and the voices of peace and reconciliation are being raised from the
parliament as well. Israel is still pursuing a US-backed ceasefire with Hamas,
while Hamas stands by its demands.
